A journey back in time to the rooms of Schwerin Castle around 1752

The remodeling of the castle in the 19th century also resulted in drastic changes to the interior. As a result, most of the former rooms were lost. However, the well-known palace inventory from 1752 provides information on the furnishings, wall coverings and paintings from the time of Duke Christian Ludwig II. On this basis, Chasity Michelle Janauschek, a volunteer at the State Palaces and Gardens, invites you on a journey through time to the lost old palace.
