RAR - 1996 Tour

Restrained arrangements and a penchant for analog-tinged melancholy: former Fibel singer Jonas Pentzek launched his solo project RAR in 2021 – almost four years later he released his 3rd EP: 1996 is further proof that one of Germany's most capable and credible indie artists is at work here.

As a producer and songwriter, he can look back on collaborations with artists such as Schmyt, Diggi Daniel, Oehl, CRS, Nand, Error, Paula Engels, and many more. His distinctive sound, characterized by vintage analog synthesizers and unconventional recording methods, can be heard in numerous productions across the German (indie) music scene.

In the spring of 2026, RAR will take his analog machines on tour for the first time, captivating Germany with seven dates: An artist who has found his own language between flickering noise and clear vision, and is now finally unleashing it live.
