Parent workshop with theater methods

The Family Center Spurensucher of the city of Bad Segeberg invites parents to a two-day workshop.

Being a parent can be beautiful and sometimes quite challenging. Often there is little time to pause and self-reflect.
In this two-day workshop, parents can take a creative break, get moving, feel new impulses, experience joy in their own bodies, playfully explore different perspectives, and exchange ideas with other parents – without pressure, without “right” or “wrong”.

No theater experience is necessary – it’s about trying things out, new perspectives, and small moments of connection.

When: Saturdays, on November 15, 2025 and on November 22, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
