Captain Planet aren't idle in 2025: In April, the Hamburg band's new EP, "Reste," will be released, featuring five unreleased songs from the recording sessions for their last album, "Come On, Cat" (2023). Of course, these are anything but rejects—they haven't been since the band was founded in 2003 anyway. Captain Planet simply never fails to hit the mark and the heartstrings with their unmistakable, melodic emo-punk and moving lyrics. And, of course, new live dates are a must.
