Volks- und Schützenfest in Kirchgellersen increases on July 13 and 14, 2019
The program is ready, the members of the voluntary Rifle Corps Kirchgellersen and surrounding area eagerly await the starting signal for this year's Volks- und Rützenfest on Saturday, July 13, 2019, at 12:00 p.m. The shooters of the Kirchgellersen Volunteer Rifle Corps have put together an extensive program. Numerous attractions are offered, especially for the children.
The children's shooting festival begins on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. On a 4-way bungee trampoline, the children can demonstrate their artistic skills until they roll over. The “Krümelkreisel” chain carousel specially developed for children will also make its rounds on this day. Thanks to many sponsors, both attractions are free for children on Saturday. Other highlights are a bouncy castle and face painting; of course free of charge. A sugar stall, ice cream shop, a drinks station and a food truck with fries and sausage will be on the square.
A children's rifle festival also includes a child queen and a child king. These are determined by our competitions "Vogelstechen" (4 - 7 years), "Lichtpunktschießen" (8 - 12 years) and "Archery", outside on the archery court.
A children's raffle, at 50 cents each, with great prizes, rounds off the varied program of the children's afternoon on Saturday. For "Mom, Dad, Grandma and Grandpa" there is a coffee table with homemade cakes and cakes on both days, which is prepared by our rifle ladies and who are looking forward to your visit.
On both days, great prizes can be won by shooting at the price target from 2:30 p.m.
The proclamation of all majesties takes place on Saturday around 6:00 p.m. Then the rifle corps invites you to celebrate in the rifle hall.
The parade starts on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. from the Schützenhaus.
All children's attractions are available again on this day, but no longer free of charge.
