Aerial yoga and sound invites children to play and exercise games as well as magical sounds and fantasy stories. Aerial Yoga - Yoga in the air - it's like flying, only better. The so-called Aerial Yoga cloth is used, in which exercises from yoga and aerial acrobatics as well as relaxation exercises are carried out. A sound and fantasy journey at the end lets the participants come to rest and float home relaxed. Exercise, security & relaxation for every child's soul!
